When in Marrakech, you’ll have to take a short fifteen minutes drive away from the vibrant and bustling Medina’s center to encounter the peaceful rural lands of the highly exclusive VillaD.

Settled in the middle of a lush seventeen-acre  domain covered with olive trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees, dates palms, succulents and all sorts of aromatic plants emanating delicate oriental scents, VillaD is a poetic invitation to the voyage that seems to echo the legendary verses of Charles Baudelaire, “There all is beauty and symmetry, Pleasure and calm and luxury”.

“Marrakech has become a destination of choice lately, probably more touristic now than it used to be a few years ago. At VillaD, we have, at heart, the shaping of very unique, customized experiences according to each person’s preferences and interests. We want our guests to experience the true essence and beauty of Moroccan culture, in all of its forms – and here at VillaD, anything’s possible!” adds Majd Chetouani who personally welcomes and accompanies the guests during their stay, every day reinventing and tailoring singular and remarkable moments for them—with the help of his fifteen-member team, hired from nearby villages.

VillaD offers a perfectly pleasant and out of time getaway, where architecture and nature blend together in a nearly spiritual manner, subtlety blurring frontiers between external and internal spaces and giving back to luxury a taste of adventure that looks very much like a return to basics, both vital and savory – totally aligned with Charles Baudelaire’s poem.
