Openhouse transformed the iconic Mies van der Rohe Pavilion into a home from May 24th to 26th together with USM. During these three days, the pavilion was viewed as a house, where the public took part in the event by exploring and spending time in the space as if it was their home.
We dressed the iconic pavilion with pieces by our usual collaborators such as Thonet, Carl Hansen, Frama, Artek, Lobster’s Day, Expormim, Nanimarquina, Santa Cole, Marset, or Vibia among others. The public was able to sit down, read and spend time as if it were their own house where Openhouse was a host.
